professional digital camera battery shop supplies CANON bp-511 Battery , CANON nb-6l battery.

Most children mimic their parents’ habits and interests beginning as toddlers, so if you take pictures frequently, you can expect they’ll be interested in your camera. It’s likely that you don’t want your kid’s fingerprints on the lens or your camera getting lost or otherwise damaged. You have three options: toy cameras, rugged digital cameras, and cheap digital cameras. Which camera is best for your kid?

Toy Cameras
If your kid is prone to unraveling the toilet paper roll or dipping your cell phone in applesauce, a toy camera or rugged camera is your best bet. Toy cameras are cheaper, selling at $50-60 while rugged cameras go for $300. Toddlers will like the chunky grips and beeping buttons of the toy cameras, but rugged cameras will keep kids and adults happier for longer.

Don’t expect stellar, print-quality pictures from toy cameras; the image quality is awful, but most kids don’t care. Most kids just want a camera that beeps and shows images on the LCD, so as long as it’s durable enough to keep taking pictures your kid will be happy. The Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Camera is one of the most durable, showing a picture of the camera bouncing down stairs on its packaging. It is also waterproof enough to survive an encounter with the garden hose. Other toy cameras, such as the Vtech Kidizoom Camera, aren’t waterproof but are durable enough to survive a few falls. The Npower Rugged Digital Camera comes in several versions with different Nickelodeon cartoon characters plastered onto them. The Vtech Kidizoom Camera was my son’s favorite to play with because of a stamp mode that adds pig noses and bunny ears to subjects, and a game mode with three simple games to play. This toy came in handy while waiting for food at a restaurant and on a long drive. That, right there, makes it worth the money.

Rugged Digital Cameras
These digital cameras are the grown-up version of the toys. They are pocket-sized, but come with big features like double-digit resolution, zoom lenses, more internal memory, bigger LCDs, and tougher specifications. Not only are they officially shockproof and waterproof, but freezeproof and dustproof too

The rugged cameras are much more expensive, but they will last longer. Kids as young as 3 years old can figure out how to use these cameras; they all come with an auto mode. Kids might drop the cameras, but that won’t matter since they’re shockproof. The rugged cameras come in funky bold colors and are trendy enough for teenagers to carry around too.

The Olympus Stylus Tough-6020 is one of the toughest of the rugged cameras. The manufacturer’s web site shows a documentary-style video of preschoolers in hard hats pouring water over the cameras in containers, freezing them into ice blocks, and then chucking the ice blocks onto the sidewalk to break the cameras out. The end of the video shows them taking pictures with their cameras, ice chunks still dangling from the wrist straps. It doesn’t get much tougher than that. The Canon PowerShot D10 has a simpler interface and takes better pictures, although pretty much every rugged camera takes better pictures than any of the toys or cheap cameras.

Cheap Digital Cameras
If your child steps around ants on the sidewalk rather than smashing them, a basic $30 camera may be all you need. You won’t invest much, so if the camera does happen to get lost or dropped, you’re only out $30. You can find a camera for that cheap, but you have to think beyond Canon and Nikon and you can’t be too picky with features. Don’t expect zoom or big LCD screens; these cameras are minimalists. Options include the 3.2-megapixel Argus DC-3185 with its 1.1-inch LCD screen and the 2.1-megapixel Vivitar VS28 with its 1.4-inch screen. The pictures are a step up from the toy cameras, but the big drawback is the lack of durability.

You might be able to find some great deals on a cheap, name-brand camera from a previous model year. The Nikon L19, for example, can be had for about $50 these days. The image quality on these cameras will be grainy, but it's comparable to that of rugged cameras, for a fraction of the price.

Conclusion
If you have a rough-and-tumble toddler, go for a toy camera with bright colors and a chunky grip. If you have preschoolers or older kids and can afford it, your best option is a rugged camera: it’s more durable, produces better pictures, and provides more features that your kids will be discovering for years to come. If you have older kids that can take care of a fragile camera, and you’re on a tight budget, a cheap camera may work for you.

The purpose of our Best Consumer Camera of 2010 poll, as we stated on the voting FAQ page, was to find the camera that would appeal to the most Digital Camera HQ readers, the compact point-and-shoot with the best combination of performance, features, and low price. After one month of voting and much deliberation among the Digital Camera HQ staff, the Best Consumer Camers of 2010 is...

Winner: Panasonic Lumix FH20

We knew that we liked the FH20 pretty early on this year, and we were pretty sure that it would catch on with readers as well -- we just didn't expect it to catch on to the degree that it did. The FH20 garnered almost one-third of all reader votes, and 50 percent more votes than the second-place Canon SD1300.

For a few years, Panasonic has been the go-to manufacturer for thin cameras with huge zooms that somehow maintain excellent image quality. It's a popular configuration, one that almost any kind of photographer can benefit from; a little extra zoom comes in handy every now and then, and won't get in the way the rest of the time.

But these thin Panasonic zoomers have been pricey, usually selling for at least $250. Now that there's an affordable model in the FH20, consumers are snapping it up in droves.

Based on voter comments, the FH20 has been a big hit because of that thin frame/big zoom combination, and also because it's pretty cheap -- as little as $150 through some retailers, though the average price (at the time of writing) is more like $170. The performance is quick and smooth, the auto modes (particularly iAuto) are accurate and easy for anyone to use, and the image quality is very solid considering the cost. Its HD video capability is always a welcome feature, too. We have been a bit generous in our assessment of the FH20's low-light ability in our comments section, but we still believe that its performance in dim lighting is commensurate with that of a more expensive camera.

Other cameras in this poll have the FH20 beat in a certain aspect; the Canon SD1300 has better image quality, the Sony W370 has a richer feature set, and the Nikon S4000 has a slicker interface. But the FH20 is incredibly well-rounded, and as such appeals to a huge range of photographers, from complete novices to casual shooters to hobbyists and even advanced users. It's clearly not meant to be a photo enthusiast's primary camera (those are far more expensive), but it could work as a reliable, affordable, pocket-sized backup.

As our reviewer said about the FH20 back in February: “I'm typically reticent to recommend a camera to a huge variety of users. Most cameras, no matter how good they are, work best for certain niche groups ... but I think nearly anyone, regardless of skill level, age, camera abilities, or expectations, would be pretty satisfied with the FH20.”

We were looking for the camera with the most mass appeal, the one that would work for most people in most situations for the most reasonable price. This year, it's the Panasonic FH20.

1st Runner Up: Canon SD1300 IS
hot sales CASIO NP-60 Battery , Canon LP-E6 Battery
Canon's Digital ELPH series (or those given the SD tag), have been the most consistent pocket-sized performers since the digital age began. While they're not always the most feature-packed cameras on the market, ELPHs have always produced stellar images for the style-conscious consumer -- and have consequently sold by the bucketload.

The SD1300 IS doesn't stray far from this tested tradition, offering an average feature set paired with typically superb Canon build quality. Notable specs include a 4x zoom, image stabilization, a slew of automatic scene modes, and decent handling for a camera so small. At this price point Canon skimped out on a couple things, most notably HD video. The omission of a viewfinder (which is great for bright daylight) is an odd choice as well considering that it was one of the features that set its predecessor, the SD1200, apart from the pack (that camera is still readily available, for less than the SD1300 too).

But all told there's really very little to complain about with this little beast, and it may have even garnered the top spot if it had a longer zoom range and a video mode that wasn't stuck in 2004. As it stands, the SD1300IS offers the best image quality of any camera on this list in a compact, trustworthy, and affordable package.

2nd Runner Up: Sony Cybershot W370

In third, we have the Sony W370. The Cybershot brand name has a great reputation among consumers, and these models tend to have more stylish designs than the competition. The W370 has a slick feature set to match its exterior, including a generous 7x zoom, HD video, and iSweep panorama, all stuffed into a compact frame. Our reviewer had a generally positive experience with the W370, citing the ease-of-use and the aforementioned iSweep mode.

Judging by the voter comments, that feature set helped it grab votes, as did the Sony nameplate. The electronics giant has been so influential for such a long time that they'll have an audience for just about any gadget they release.

While the features are impressive, other expert and user reviews found that the imaging performance leaves something to be desired. It's a bit on the slow side and there are some focusing issues, resulting in a few too many soft-looking shots. The Sony-brand lens is a point of contention for disgruntled commentators, and it's just 34mm (equivalent) at the wide angle, which is uncommonly narrow; group shots will be tough with this camera.

Regardless, the W370 is, overall, a solid camera for the price, and plenty of consumers will find the the feature set appealing, particularly Sony enthusiasts who have some old Memory Stick media cards laying around.

As a battery salesperson.i have to face many many questions from the customers .the most is the battery problem.once they laptop battery didn't work or battery power last for a very short time.they didn't how to do with.today i would like to talk about this, the belowing is the method to calibrate the laptop battery.

Most laptop batteries such as dell vostro 1500 battery are 'smart'; meaning that they know how much energy is left. Such a feature has definite benefits but the readings are often inaccurate. A laptop may indicate 30 minutes of remaining runtime when suddenly the screen goes dark. Here is the reason why:

With use and time, a tracking error occurs between the chemical battery and the digital sensing circuit. The most ideal use of the 'smart' battery, as far as fuel-gauge accuracy is concerned, is a full charge followed by a full discharge at a constant current. In such a case, the tracking error would be less than 1% per cycle. In real life, however, a battery may be discharged for only a few minutes and the load may vary widely. Long storage also contributes to errors because the circuit cannot accurately compensate for self-discharge. Eventually, the true capacity of the battery no longer synchronizes with the fuel gauge and a full charge and deliberate full discharge will be needed to 're-learn' or calibrate the Dell inspiron 1525 Battery.

There are no standards to tell what constitutes a fully charged and fully discharged battery. Lithium-ion packs are considered fully charged when the limiting voltage (4.20V/cell) is reached and the saturation current has decreased to 3% of the nominal value (50mA on a 1700mAh cell). Some chargers use 5% and 8% as 'ready' criteria.) A full discharge occurs when the cell reaches 3V/cell or lower. At this voltage level, the battery has a remaining capacity of 3 to 10%. Modern batteries adjust to a lower cut-off voltage on high load currents and include temperature compensation.

To calibrate a battery, a full charge and discharge is necessary. One without the other does not constitute a calibration. A problem arises if the battery is recharged after a brief use without providing the opportunity of a full discharge. A forced discharge to "Low Battery" may be needed from time to time.

What happens if no battery calibration is done? Can such a Dell Inspiron 6400 Battery be used in confidence? Most 'smart' battery chargers obey the dictates of the chemical cells rather than that of the electronic circuit. In this case, the battery will fully charge regardless of the fuel gauge setting and function normally but the digital readout will become increasingly more inaccurate. If not corrected, the fuel gauge simply becomes a nuisance. Cadex Electronics manufactures 'smart' chargers and battery analyzers that are capable of calibrating a 'smart' battery.

Dell inspiron 8600 Battery sales in UK ,price £ 43.44,buy now save up 30%

Taking Care Of Your New Battery Pack
Normally, a new battery pack comes in a very low charge condition and must be fully charged before use. Refer to the user manual of your portable electronic equipment for charging instructions.
A new laptop battery pack needs to be fully charged and fully discharged or “cycled” as much as five times to condition them into performing at full capacity.
Your equipment may report a fully charge condition in as short as 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. This is a normal phenomenon especially for Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cad) and Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) chemistries. When this happens, remove the dell inspiron 8600 battery pack and let it cool down for about fifteen minutes then repeat the charging procedure.
“Conditioning” (fully discharging and then fully charging) is necessary so as to maintain the optimum performance of a battery pack, and is recommended at least once a month particularly for Ni-Cad and Ni-MH batteries. Failure to do so could result in reduced charge capacity and can significantly shorten the battery pack’s useful life. Lithium Ion batteries do not require conditioning.
It is normal for a battery pack to get warm when charging and during use. However, if the inspiron 8600 battery pack gets excessive hot, there may be a problem with the portable electronic equipment’s charging circuit and should therefore be checked by a qualified technician.
Rechargeable batteries undergo self-discharging when left unused for long periods of time. This is normal particularly in the case of Ni-MH and Li-Ion chemistries. For best results, always store a battery pack fully charged. It should be removed from the equipment and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.
The amount of runtime a dell inspiron 8600 laptop batteries produces depends on the power requirements of components in your electronic equipment. This could be the hard drive setting, screen intensity and back-lighting on notebook computers, the liquid crystal display (LCD) screen and floodlight feature in a video camcorder, or the tri-mode communications network of a cellular phone. Always refer to your equipment’s user manual for power management settings.
